Retours et Remboursements :
Vous disposez d’un délai de 10 jours après réception de votre commande pour nous retourner vos pièces.
A noter que les pièces dont l’étiquette a été détachée ne pourront faire l’objet d’un retour.
Afin de procéder à un retour ou un remboursement, deux solutions s’offrent à vous :
- Venez nous rendre visite ?
Vous pouvez déposer votre retour directement au showroom à l’adresse suivante ; Lower Vale, next to roundabout on the highway
- Vous ne pouvez pas vous rendre dans notre showroom ?
Contactez nous sur info@goyave.mu en précisant votre numéro de commande et si vous souhaitez échanger vos articles sur notre e-shop ou vous faire rembourser. Nous organisons de faire récupérer votre colis à vos frais (Rs.150) et nous procéderons à la création du code promo ou au remboursement dès le retour du colis chez nous.
PS : Nous ne faisons pas d’échange standard sur notre site Goyave.mu.
Nous vous donnons un code promo de la valeur du colis à échanger, il suffit de repasser commande sur notre e-shop !
Return and Refund Policy :
You have up to 10 days from when you receive your order to return your purchases.
Please note that articles which had their label removed won’t be eligible for returns.
In order to proceed with a return or refund, you can choose between two solutions :
- Come and visit us ?
You can drop your article(s) that you wish to return directly at our showroom at the following address ; Lower Vale, next to the roundabout on the highway.
- You can’t come over or prefer to do it online?
Contact us on info@goyave.mu by mentioning your order number should you wish to exchange your article(s) through our e-shop or be refunded. We will pick up your article(s) at your expense (Rs 150) and will create your promo code or refund you as soon as we have it back with us.
PS : We don’t operate a standard exchange service on our website Goyave.mu.
We will give you a promo code worth the article you’re willing to exchange, all you have to do is to place a new order through our online shop.
